Usui Reiki Level I ($180)

Reiki is a Japanese word that means universal energy. Reiki is also the name given to the practice of channeling this energy towards wellbeing. Begin your Reiki journey with this foundational Level I training. You will learn about the history of Reiki and the principles, as well as formats for self-treatment and sharing Reiki with others. You will receive the Reiki I attunement, a training manual and a certificate. No experience is required, just an open mind and a desire to work with universal energy. 

Your teacher is Lisa Allan, she has been teaching Reiki for ten years in Whakatū Nelson, Ōtautahi Christchurch and Ōtepoti Dunedin.

After your training day, you will be invited to meet with Lisa, share a cup of tea, and chat about your experience, if you would like to. In this one-on-one session you will be able to ask questions, share insights and discuss anything that has arisen for you. You will also have access to Wintergreen Creative's Reiki shares (group Reiki sessions), masterclass/ complementary training opportunities and have the prerequisite required to go onto Level II training.
